When you discover any damage to the vehicle that was not caused by you, it is essential to report it immediately. Use the reporting feature in the Auto-rent.lt app. You will have time to inspect the vehicle after booking and before starting your trip. If you notice the damage later, you can still report the issue through the app for resolution.
