Can I park in underground parking lots?

During the rental, you may temporarily park the vehicle in underground parking lots if they have mobile or Wi-Fi connectivity. However, please be aware that the connection between the car and the Auto-rent.lt app may be weaker in such areas, which could slightly slow down the process.

Parking in underground lots or other areas without a mobile data or internet connection is prohibited. Without a data connection, the app cannot connect to the vehicle. In such cases, the operational team will need to assist physically, which will incur a contractual penalty ranging from EUR 50 to EUR 200, depending on the time and distance from the nearest operational location.
