When to lock a car with keys?

During your rental, you should use the car key as usual when exiting the vehicle, ensuring the car is properly locked when you leave. However, when ending your trip, the key must be left inside the car, in the location where you found it.
To finalize the trip, use the app to lock the car. Simply open the app, select your active reservation, and tap the "Lock" option to ensure the car is securely locked. This will complete the process and end your trip.
