Payment for fuel or charging

Users are responsible for refueling or recharging the vehicle to the same level as it was at the start of the rental. Our system tracks fuel and charging levels to ensure accuracy.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel or charge:

• A fee of 2 EUR per missing liter (for fuel-powered vehicles) or 1 EUR per kWh (for electric vehicles) will be applied.

If the vehicle is completely out of fuel or charge, you must contact our support team immediately for assistance.

To identify the correct type of fuel or charging required for the vehicle:

• Check the information on the inside of the fuel cap.

• Alternatively, refer to the vehicle details in the app under the car's name.

This ensures a smooth experience and helps maintain the car's optimal performance for the next user.
